Refund policy

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, MOCKANA will happily accept most items for exchange.

Should you wish to exchange your purchase for alternative product, please contact returns@mockana.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your product.

Please ensure that your product is returned within 7 business days from the delivery date of your order, in the same and re-saleable condition inside the original box and packaging with an insured courier.

MOCKANA is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit and unfortunately cannot refund any return shipping charges for returned products.

Inside your return, please include a detailed note with your name, contact number email address and order number.

Once your exchange has been processed, a new product will be shipped to you.

Please note that if you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, such as an airport, retail or department store, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.
